Please review our House Rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

• No Pets Allowed: Maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.

• No Events Allowed: Hosting events or parties is strictly prohibited.

• No Smoking, Vaping, or E-cigarettes Allowed: Ensure a healthy and pleasant environment.

• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Respect our neighbors and other guests.

• Commercial Photography and Filming Not Allowed: Without prior approval.

• Maximum Number of Guests: Four (4) guests only.

• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out before 11:00 am.

• Not Suitable for Toddlers Under Five Years Old: The apartment is not childproof.

Cancellation Policy

Please review our Cancellation Policy to understand the terms of refunds and cancellations:

• Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

• 50% Refund for Early Cancellation: Cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking.

• 50% Refund for Mid-Term Cancellation: Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in.

• No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
